We built an AI-powered solution for a company that works closely with the Dubai Municipality. It forecasts which restaurants are most likely to miss grease trap cleanings this month and next, so inspectors can schedule focused and effective inspections. This makes it easier to follow the rules, cuts down on missed violations, and makes the best use of resources.

The system gives each outlet a risk assessment based on regression and classification models (Random Forest, XGBoost), time-series forecasting, and geographic clustering with route optimization (Google OR-Tools). Instead of arranging visits based on guesswork, inspection teams can now use data to prioritize inspections and make operations run more smoothly.

We created a platform for AI-powered engagement and sales automation that connects the whole customer journey from start to finish. The solution leverages AI voice calls, smart email chats, and agent help in real time to automate how leads are handled. It makes a Lead Readiness Index to rank high-value leads and customize follow-up sequences using RAG, LLM orchestration, and event-based scoring.

The software finds signs of interest in buying, handles objections, and keeps communication consistent and based on data across all platforms. It also handles proposals, payment links, onboarding, and CRM updates on its own. The solution is built with LiveKit, Deepgram, GPT-4/Claude, ElevenLabs, and event-driven APIs. It makes sales more productive, cuts down on manual effort, and gives customers a smooth AI-powered experience.

Using Microsoft Power BI to change analytics for a top bank in the UAE

We worked with a top bank in the UAE to make HR decisions faster and better by replacing manual Excel reports with Power BI dashboards that update in real time.

We developed a consolidated HR data warehouse that combines information from their HRMS, SAP systems, payroll, and compliance tools. This combined data made interactive dashboards possible that showed information about Emiratization, hiring, performance, attendance, and training. The bank’s HR team now receives correct, up-to-date information and a lot less work to do when it comes to reporting thanks to role-based access controls and automated data processing.

AI-Powered Document Processing and Workflow Automation for a Major UAE Bank

We worked with a big bank in the UAE to get rid of manual document handling and speed up internal processes by using an end-to-end AI automation solution.

We created a smart document pipeline that can get information from PDFs, scanned forms, emails, and Excel files that are utilized by different departments and sort it. The solution uses OCR, LLM-based classification, and custom extraction models to automatically figure out what kind of document it is (KYC, bank statements, invoices, HR forms, compliance reports, etc.), check the data, and send it to the bank’s main workflow systems.

Automated routing rules, approval triggers, and exception handling took the place of slow human operations. The bank can now process documents more faster, with better accuracy, less work, and real-time access to all cases thanks to secure role-based controls, audit trails, and easy interface with existing banking apps.

AI research and a chatbot platform for one of the biggest real estate developers in the UAE

We built a safe, cloud-based AI research assistant that lets employees ask questions and interact with big organizational knowledge bases in a way that is unique to their role. The system leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to get correct answers from submitted documents and internal knowledge sources. It also has separate dashboards for departments like HR, Finance, and Legal.

The platform is built with React, FastAPI, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Cognitive Search. It offers a multi-tenant architecture, which means that each business unit has its own separate knowledge base and vector index, but admins still have centralized control. The system has secure RBAC, access limitations at the section level, and the ability to take in data via PDFs, URLs, and SharePoint. Before handing over, dashboards, reports, and full UAT were all finished.

Duplicate Idea Detection System for one of Dubai, UAE’s biggest real estate developers

We created an AI-powered engine for finding duplicate ideas for an internal concept submission page on Joget. The system finds submissions that are semantically similar, not just ones that have the same keywords, in real time using semantic similarity models (Sentence Transformers) and RAG pipelines. Users are immediately notified when a new idea is similar to one that has already been submitted. This makes ensuring that submissions are of higher quality, cuts down on duplication, and makes it easier to oversee innovation across the whole company.

Discount and pricing optimization model for one of the biggest automobile manufacturers

For one of the biggest car companies, we built a system that optimizes discounts. This led to a 1.2% rise in volume sales.

The solution included time-series forecasting (XGBoost), price elasticity modeling that took into account the discount passthrough rate, and a simulation engine to see how changing discount values would affect the volume. The organization can now precisely predict demand, determine how sensitive customers are to pricing changes, and choose the best discount methods by using data-driven insights instead of guesswork or trial and error.

We developed an OCR + AI solution to automatically extract technical specifications, such as lengths, dimensions, materials, and part numbers, from PDFs, Excel files, images, and handwritten notes. The system generates structured reports, categorizes data, and forwards it to relevant departments like production etc, eliminating manual entry and enhancing collaboration across engineering, procurement, and production teams.

AI-Powered Risk and Anomaly Detection for a Major Retail Chain in the UAE

We worked with a big retail chain in the UAE to set up an AI-powered anomaly detection and vendor risk rating platform that makes it easier to keep an eye on purchases and stops money from leaking out.

We set up an intelligent analytics engine that looks at purchase orders, invoices, POs, and GRNs from their ERP in real time. The technology automatically highlights strange pricing, duplicate invoices, quantity discrepancies, and strange charge patterns using machine learning-based anomaly detection. For instance, if an item that usually costs AED 12 per unit is suddenly charged AED 28, or if a PO and invoice show different amounts, the system immediately shows the problem for review. This stops overcharging and gaps in the process.

We also created a dynamic vendor risk assessment algorithm that looks at suppliers all the time and scores them based on things like delivery times, product quality problems, past audit results, return rates, and payment patterns. As new data comes in, the risk score changes on its own. For example, a supplier who often delivers late and has to change credit notes a lot can see their score go up from 40 to 82. On the other hand, a supplier who consistently improves their on-time performance might see their risk go back down to a safe level.

The retail chain now proactively finds hazards, cuts down on operational leakages, and boosts supplier performance, all thanks to real-time AI insights that power automated warnings, integrated dashboards, and unified data visibility across procurement, finance, and operations teams.
