AI research assistant and chatbot platform for one of the largest real estate developer in Dubai.
One of the UAE’s largest real estate developers came to us with a problem that most large organisations eventually run into: too much internal information, spread across too many places, with no efficient way for employees to find what they needed. On top of that, their teams regularly needed to research real estate markets and development activity both locally and internationally, without a reliable way to do that alongside internal data.
We built and deployed a secure AI research assistant and chatbot platform to address both.
The platform runs on a multi-tenant architecture. Each business unit operates in its own isolated environment, with a separate knowledge base, storage, and vector index. Where information needs to be shared across the organisation, a common database sits alongside. Access is managed at the user level — permissions are set per role, confidential documents are restricted to authorised staff, and a centralised admin layer maintains oversight across the whole system.
Each department interacts with the platform through a scoped dashboard built around their function, HR, Finance, Legal, and others each see what’s relevant to them. The system uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to pull answers from actual documents and organisational data, rather than producing generic responses. Employees can choose to query the internal knowledge base, the web, or both at once depending on what the task requires.
